Order registration
Validation of the order by the customer requires completion of the purchasing process for orders placed on the https://monorarts.com/ website.
Order validation
Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation message at the email address provided. This message contains the order number, which must be quoted for each exchange.
The order only becomes final once payment has been received (Paypal or credit card via the secure Paypal system, without the need for a PayPal account, or bank transfer).
NATURE OF ARTWORKS SOLD
All the paintings for sale on the website are offered by the professional painter Monor whose company (SARL STATESIA) is registered with the RCS of Le Mans: RCS B 482159118.
This status entitles buyers as companies to a tax deduction. The acquisition of an artwork does not give any right of representation, diffusion or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the Monor artist retains the right to his or her creation. Any use of the artwork’s visuals must be subject to a request for authorization.
Ordering one or more paintings
To order one or more paintings, go to the page of the painting you wish to purchase, and click on the “Add to basket” button on the right. To finalize your purchase, click on the upper right-hand corner, the “Basket” section. Then click on “Checkout” to start the ordering process.

Payment security
All credit card transactions are carried out on the PayPal secure system, which offers a totally secure payment system. The page where you enter your bank details is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer).
Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are not communicated to the seller.
Liability and warranty
The present contract is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Le Mans.
