Secure payment

The means of payment are :

– Bank transfer (preferred method: IBAN BIC details are given to the buyer during the order and payment process): This is a very simple and secure method of payment, from your smartphone, tablet or PC.

– Credit card

– Paypal.

IF YOU CAN’T MAKE A BANK TRANSFER, YOU CAN PAY BY CLICKING ON THE “PAY WITH PAYPAL OR CB” BUTTON ON THE “VALIDATE YOUR ORDER” PAGE. YOU CAN PAY SECURELY BY CREDIT CARD (NO NEED TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT) OR BY PAYPAL (IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT).

Payment security : All credit card transactions are carried out on the PayPal secure system, which offers a totally secure payment system. The page where you enter your banking information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). This process is also used by banks to ensure your security. Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are not communicated to the merchant.

Terms of delivery

Delivery is free; it is made by UPS to the delivery address indicated within 5 to 8 working days. If you are absent at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at the nearest post office or parcel post.

Return policy

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

During this period, you may return the artwork to us. Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of receipt of the artwork.
